P.R.O.B.E. provided services and support to our clients and extends that help by partnering with other agencies and organizations that provide necessary paperwork, ID’s, training, job opportunities, interview clothing, and more.

P.R.O.B.E. was the only fingerprinting location in Lebanon County and provided IDENTOGO Livescan digital fingerprinting services needed in order to be employed where security clearance is required. Livescan fingerprinting is the process of capturing fingerprints electronically. There is no ink or card. Fingerprints are “rolled” across a glass plate and scanned. It is faster, cleaner and more accurate than the old ink-and-roll method. This type of fingerprinting reduces the overall application processing time - fingerprints are automatically submitted to the specific state agency to process.

We empowered people by providing free career counseling, financial literacy counseling, resume building, preparation for job interviews, and more.

When funding permitted we provided clients with bus passes so that they could get to their job, with funds to pay for PA ID and renew licenses, and more.
