P.R.O.B.E offers free services that empower people to harness their strengths, gain confidence, obtain first time employment or a better job, and reach financial sustainability.

Our career readiness counseling services include but are not limited to showing people how and where to search for employment, help with creating a professional resume and preparing for a job interview.  A client is welcome to meet with a counselor multiple times if ongoing support is needed.

In addition to career readiness counseling our certified financial counseling service shows clients how to check their credit reports, improve their credit score, develop a savings and a spending plan, understand what they need to do to qualify for a loan, and much more.  PROBE is part of an affordable housing association that has a goal of helping people reach the point that they can qualify for a home loan.

P.R.O.B. E. provides fingerprinting services. Our career counseling clients sometimes need those services and the fingerprinting clients sometimes become our career and financial counseling clients or refer friends and family to P.R.O.B.E. 

When funds are available, P.R.O.B.E. helps people in need with costs associated with gaining employment like PA ID, tetanus shots, steel toed boots, nursing scrubs, bus passes, and fingerprinting. P.R.O.B.E. works with Dress for Success when someone needs clothing for interview and job.  Associations that provide food and shelter refer people to P.R.O.B.E. for assistance in gaining employment and stability.
