New Choices Program

The New Choices Program is designed to help people achieve economic security and self-sufficiency.

​Whether you’re just beginning your career, re-entering the workforce after a break, looking to move up the ladder, or facing a career transition, we are here to support you every step of the way.

New Choices offers career development assistance to support all job-seekers on their path to career success. During this program, participants receive one-on-one coaching to identify their goals, assistance in developing their resume, and get the support they need to overcome barriers to employment or career growth.

New Choices participants can choose to attend group discussions where they can share their experiences, learn from a counselor and from one another, and build their confidence.

Some of the things you gain as a PROBE participant:
